If you decide to cancel your entire booking or the ticket for an individual passenger in your party, Jet2 does not provide any refunds. All scheduled flights are non-refundable.

• Online: At www.Jet2.com up to 5 hours before the originally scheduled departure time.

• In-person: At the departure sales desk at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure.

• Call Centre: At least 4 hours before the scheduled departure.

How much does it cost?

• An administration fee of £35 per person, per flight.

• The fare difference (if any) between your original booking and the new flight price.

Note: Once you have checked in, changes can only be made through the call centre. Jet2 does not allow destination or departure airport changes.
