Can I cancel my Condor flight and get a refund?February 24, 2026

Can I cancel my Condor flight and get a refund?

Yes, but your eligibility for a refund depends entirely on the fare you purchased and the flight zone.

Refund Policy by Fare Type:

  • Light & Classic Rates: These fares are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund of the ticket price.

  • Flex Rate: You can cancel and receive a refund, minus an administration fee based on your destination:

    • Zone 1: €50 per person and route

    • Zone 2: €75 per person and route

    • Zone 3–5: €100 per person and route

Can I change my Condor flight?

If your ticket is non-refundable, you may still be able to change the date, time, or destination to avoid losing the total value of your booking.

Rebooking Fees:

  • Light Rate: No changes or rebookings are permitted.

  • Classic Rate: * Zones 1–2: €50 per person/flight + fare difference.

    • Zones 3–5: €100 per person/flight + fare difference.

    • Changes must be made at least 24 hours before departure and within the same flight zone.

  • Flex Rate: Up to 3 rebookings are permitted for free (plus any fare difference) up to 24 hours before departure.

Can I change the name on my Condor booking?

Yes! Transferring your ticket to someone else is a smart way to get your money back if you cannot use your flight.

Name Change Policies:

  • Light & Classic Rates: Name changes and ticket transfers are not permitted.

  • Flex Rate: Name changes are allowed. You only pay the fare difference if the current price of the flight has increased.

Name Corrections (Spelling Errors):

If you simply made a typo in your own name:

  • Light Rate: €10 per person/flight (must be done before departure).

  • Classic & Flex Rates: Free of charge.
