How to cancel your Eurowings flight

Whether you can cancel depends entirely on the Flex option:

• With Flex Option (SMART or BEST fares): You can cancel your flight before web check-in closes prior to departure at no extra charge. This can be done via the Eurowings website under "My flight", their mobile services, call center, or at airport counters.

• Without Flex Option: Standard bookings are generally non-refundable due to their low-cost pricing. However, you still have the option to change the passenger name and sell your flight.

• Flex Option: Change your flight at no extra charge up until web check-in closes.

• Standard Bookings: You can change your flight on payment of a charge plus any difference in the current fare price.

Note: Changes for specific long-haul routes (like Frankfurt to Mauritius or Barbados) cannot be made via online services and require contacting the Eurowings call center.
