If your plans have changed, your ability to get a refund from airBaltic depends entirely on your fare type. It is important to act within the ticket validity period (typically one year from the issue date for unused tickets).

• Business: Tickets are fully refundable and can be canceled anytime within the validity period.

• Premium: You can receive a refund, but a €50 refund fee applies per direction. Note that in the case of a no-show, the ticket becomes non-refundable.
