Can I cancel my Scoot flight and get a refund?

Unfortunately, Scoot tickets are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, you cannot simply cancel it to get your money back in your bank account.

However, some exceptions may be made for:

1. Medical reasons

2. Death of the passenger or an immediate family member

3. Schedule changes or delays involving a retiming of 3 hours or more

All refund requests are subject to review by Scoot’s customer service and, if approved, are often provided in the form of Scoot travel vouchers rather than cash.
